Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga is a powerful, energetic and playful style has a strong emphasis on breath and allows beginners, intermediate and advanced students to be challenged in the same class. Heated to 90 degrees.

Our low-impact modern mat Pilates classes are offered with pilates balls, bands and light weights designed to challenge and transform your body. Complimentary parking is available right outside the door!
